* ITV asked Thailand's administrative court to separate a 2.2 billion baht (S$94.4 million) back-fee payment and a 97.8 billion baht fine that it has been ordered to pay by early next month, company spokesman Ramida Prutkumut said by telephone in Bangkok yesterday.
